Dexter is learning to control his temper. And he thinks we should buy a VW Westfalia or Vanagon to fit the new kid AND go camping.

Oh and the picture of Dex is from our battle of attrition this morning. He was very upset that his backpack was taken away after he threw it during yesterday’s hissy fit. His fingers hurt something awful from holding onto a folder in the cold. He didn’t know how cool backpacks were evidently because he’s always had one… He threw his lunch box in an attempt to impress upon me the gravity of the matter. This picture of him was right after he realized tomorrow he will be carrying his sandwich, drink, snack, and folder in his hands.
