Dexter assembled the new media computer and then I figured I’d let him have a go at installing Ubuntu linux on it too. Sure enough he did the whole time. I had to do the dimm locks and Chase helped with attaching the hard disk cables but everything else was Dexter’s doing.

Kid makes mess downstairs. Kid gets sent to bed for making mess and refusing to clean it up. What is the solution? Sneak out of his room and paint the baby gate. Naturally.

I didn’t get mad but my laughing was a nit too maniacal because he started crying.
